The HelioPower desert team returns to participate and defend their trophy in the annual Palm Desert Golf Cart Parade on 10/23/11. This year’s theme is Carnival Style and it is guaranteed to bring out the creative style in all the entries. The parade route follows El Paseo and is scheduled to begin at 12:00.
