Brandon Conard

Brandon is the Chief Strategy Officer of HelioPower. Brandon has more than 16 years of legal and energy experience, with expertise in both financing and structuring renewable energy business transactions. Brandon spearheads transactional strategies such as solar fund structuring, tax equity fund raising, tax credit financing, partnership flips and commercial energy analysis.

Prior to Helio Micro Utility, Brandon co-founded Greenzu – a commercial solar finance company. Before that he led BlueMap’s energy research and engineering team. He provided advanced clean-tech purchase analytics to larger commercial property owners. Brandon started off his career as an attorney with Weil, Gotshal, & Manges. He has a command over the changing energy, tax, securities, construction and environmental issues that projects companies face. Brandon received his JD from Santa Clara University and a BS from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Amanda Holland

Amanda is Director of Business Development for Helio Micro Utility and has over 6 years of energy investment experience. Amanda provides clients with complex energy analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence. Her specialties include project finance, energy arbitrage modeling, regulatory policy review, and business development.

Amanda began her career as an investment banking analyst at UBS in their Global Energy Group. She worked with senior leadership to advise upstream and midstream companies on M&A and investment strategies. After UBS, she was at Brownson, Rehmus & Foxworth developing financial strategies for high net worth clients. Most recently, she co-founded Greenzu – a commercial solar finance company. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
