|HelioPower Inc. is currently looking for PV Installers for Southern California and Northern California Operations.
The PV Installer will be responsible for assisting photovoltaic system installation from beginning to end.
In this position, the PV Installer will: coordinate with Lead PV installer, work side by side with other crew members and install all photovoltaic system components, while assisting in the operation of a fully functional photovoltaic system.
|Work with crew members to complete projects within established policies and procedures
Assemble the solar array racking, properly seal all roof penetrations, and install all relative equipment
Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on safety
Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues
Communicate with customers in a professional, considerate, and respectful manner, answering all questions and complaints to the best of your ability
|2+ years of previous solar installation experienced required (applicants with no solar and or no extensive electrical experience will not be accepted and or reviewed)
NABCEP Certification Preferred
Must have electrical and or roofing experience
Experience complying with OHSA safety requirements and regulations
Must have full range or mobility in upper and lower body; ability to work in various positions and environments
Ability to lift, pull and push materials and equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds on a frequent basis
Professional appearance and excellent customer service
Great attention to detail
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Commercial Field Superintendent
|The Commercial Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the construction site.
All details, subcontractors, inspections, visitors, worked performed and client interaction will be the responsibility of the superintendent.
Build construction projects to budget and to schedule
Perform all client interactions
Manage and perform all municipal inspections, visits, procedures and requests
Manage Subcontractors and execution of subcontractor trades
Maintain strict adherence to all OSHA jobsite safety regulations and procedures
Notify Director of Commercial Construction of any deficiencies in site safety
Job site security including authorized personnel access and material protection
Manage coordination of all materials and components to the site needed to construct, modify, repair and/or otherwise complete the contract
Other duties as assigned

Ability to work with municipalities and clients
Knowledge of building codes, safety codes, environmental codes and compliance’s
Willing to travel for extended periods

Ability to work independently in the field/on the job site.
|Coordinate and execute strategy for weekly and monthly marketing and sales plan
Propose realistic marketing and communications strategies, objective, and targets
Report and roundtrip marketing spend on a monthly and quarterly basis
Implement marketing and communication/print campaigns based upon corporate strategy
Build and maintain relationships with advertising vendors
Negotiate with marketing vendors
Write press releases and manage their distribution
Manage corporate web and social media assets
Attend conferences and meetings
|Degree in marketing, communications, business, public affairs, arts & sciences or related field preferred
Solar or energy experience a must
Experience running Google and Facebook PPC campaigns
Very strong experience with SEO
Ability to manage website developers
Strong experience with marketing through social media
Must have ability to work efficiently under pressure on multiple tasks while meeting commitments with high quality standards
Strong decision making ability and attention to detail

|The Residential PV System Designer reports to the Residential Design Manager located in the Murrieta, CA office of HelioPower, Inc.
This position requires a highly motivated individual that can produce complete PV system plans and submittal packages that will be approved by the client and appropriate permitting agencies.
This position coordinates with sales, construction, rebate administration and outside engineering resources to gather the necessary information and prepare the drawing sets for submittal.
This person is directly responsible for electrical design, component selection, drafting, and resolution of permitting/inspection issues.
|Provide complete, permit & construction-ready plan sets for Photovoltaic (PV) Generator projects.
Communicate with building departments and other authorities to facilitate permit approvals, project scope, goals and deliverables
Document work hours and conform to scheduled project timelines
Participate in quality assurance, project evaluations and assessment of results
Assist with a variety of engineering/design projects as assigned
Attend meetings and site work
|1 – 3+ years of experience in the Electrical/Engineering field
Understanding of NEC Building Codes
Proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, Visio and PVSyst similar software programs
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Solar installation experience strongly preferred
A.A. or equivalent in a technical field
